Rule of thumb is service dogs are allowed in stores with owner. Dog should be in a service animal vest and on a leash. Other dogs should not be allowed in stores due to other individuals allergies and/or fears.
I've seen service dogs there.
I saw a couple with 8 parachutes on a shopping cart I don't think they will say anything about a dog.
I know service dogs are welcomed. But I didn't see any signs specifically staying no pets either.
Yes pets are welcome also if poeple friendly I seen peoples shopping with there pets
