It would be nice if they updated their hours so you don't drive a half hour and find out they are closed when they are suppose to be open until 10 on a Saturday

Was so upset I went Saturday morning at 9am for Balloons for my daughter's 3rd birthday. After spe ding 15 minutes or so picking our some, I went to ask if I pay first or have them inflated first. The girl says oh we aren't taking any orders today we are too behind on our online orders. First of all, no one could have said something to costumers as they were walking in? Balloons is literally what you do! Also, if you can't take care of costumers coming in person maybe you should just go to online only because that is ridiculous!

Excellent on phone presence by 2 very polite and courteous people who did NOT rush me but treated me with old fashioned respect. The gentleman was courteous, answered my questions. The 2nd time I called, the girl even went to look for a product for me! Bottom Line: Shop in North Olmsted! Humans answer the phone!

If it's a Saturday or Sunday it's due to the fact that there are no available associates at the time, more then likely because of a large number of balloon preorders to be done as well as customers in the store
