This happens because there are only a few direct lines so all other calls go through Customer Services. As anyone who shops at Walmart you know that Customer Service is short staffed and busy. Your best bet is to call very early. You might also make a suggestion that a new and updated phone system needs to be put in place. However that does not solve the problem of who will answer it.

From what I understand the Wal-Mart's that have enough employees are able to stay opened 24/7 but the one's that don't can only stay opened to a certain time.
