We had already signed a contract for a competitor and almost cancelled the appointment. We were happy to have kept the appointment as the sales representative was knowledgeable and met all of our requirements at a better price and timeline for execution. The on site engineering review was excellent and allowed for an easy change from our original contract. We were contacted promptly for installation and the technician that executed the job over 2 days was thoughtful, timely, and professional. I highly recommend bath fitter for anyone contemplating a beautiful and functional shower to replace an outdated bathtub. We experienced no stress from the process and the financing offered was a perfect fit for our budget.
