Working with Northwest Oral and Facial Surgery has been a disaster from the beginning to the end of our experience. An in-office procedure turned into a 7 day stay at the hospital that they directed us to go to because he had "privileges" there. Little did we know, he wasn't covered under our insurance and a bill came 12 months later. Then the billing office was relentless and was extremely difficult to work with as we were working to get them to re bill it correctly to our insurance company. Ultimately, our insurance company made good on the amount paying it to us directly, but not in enough time because we found out that they sent our bill to a collection agency even though had interaction with them directly and as well as through our insurance company. They were the most difficult office and doctors we have ever had to deal with. We tried to call the office manager several times also with absolutely no call back. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this office if you can.
