For LIHEAP Summer Cooling or Winter Heating benefit, it may take up to 90 days for your utility provider to reflect your LIHEAP benefit. If your utility provider is a non-LIHEAP participation provider, you will receive your LIHEAP benefit in the form of an Oklahoma Master Debit Card or direct deposit if you have enrolled in State Supplemental Payment (SSP) or Temporary Assistance for Needy Family (TANF).
