I was directed to the Nw 63rd street location under the guise that walk-ins are accepted. Upon entry, I was quickly greeted by a woman at the front desk who seem to become very stressed that I would even suggest we could walk-in & advised I could probably get an appointment for tomorrow. I showed proof from my public school that this location is listed as a walk-in clinic My 5yo & I then waited for her to come back from speaking to the head nurse. She then informed us that I could wait for 2-3 hours and they might could get me in-my child needs 3 vaccinations for school. We left-no way could I sit in there for up to 3 hours with my child-both wearing mandatory masks. I took my kid to school & informed them this location (NE 63rd) Doesnt accept walk ins.. the school nurse then called me to let me know that her most updated information claims they accept walk-ins. While I deal with a possible unexcused absence, no shots (even more time out of school).. I want to urge anyone coming to the ne 63rd location to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I since further located on the Health Dept's website that appointments are preferred but walk ins are accepted based on availability. I tried to call ahead & it took me multiple tries/calls of accepting different menu options from their phone system to finally get some access to this location-& my call wasn't even answered. Furthermore, just avoid the hassles that will ensue & call & figure out how to make an appointment.. which I still have yet to find out how to make one and I must take her somewhere else to get vaccines because today was a waste of time and gas.. in which both gas & time are difficult to obtain these days.

If I lost my Covid vaccination card I would go back to the Dr that gave me the shots and get another card.

MRSA
Not at this place. Maybe the Oklahoma State Department of Health
If you call them they can assist you. You will however have to show up in person to verify identity. I recommend going in right at 8:00 when they open. Or you could be waiting for a very long time.
I think that if you call DHS they will lead you in the right direction!

GREAT question! Unfortunately we do not have the ability to provide school physicals; however, we can provide immunizations if needed. Variety Care may be able to assist with the back to school physical.

Yes, if your child received shots at a provider that uses the Oklahoma State Immunization Information System ( OSIIS ) we will be able to provide you a copy of the record. Some private Doctor's offices do not record shots in OSIIS. In this case, you would need to go directly to the Doctor's office that administered the shots for a record.
No appointment is needed for vaccines.
Anyone who tests positive for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis or Trichomoniasis whether they were seen in our clinics or were seen elsewhere, and have documentation, will be treated at no cost to the patient.
