i sat for over a half hour this morning...if the governor shut down the facility...don't you think it would be a good idea for the owner to be there and answer the phone explaining what happened...no matter what happened...this is poor customer serv

Hey Boddy! The facility is open. Club hours are 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM every day.

Elyria planet fitness was not closed today (January 9 ) I was there this morning. They do however have new hours do to covid. I belive 5am to 10pm

I hadn't heard that they closed. I was just there yesterday and not very many people. Thanks for posting, I was thinking about going in a few minutes. That is pretty small of Planet Fitness not to notify its customers.
