I'm moving into an AMHA apartment in Akron with my children and unfortunately I do not have kitchen or furniture so I was wondering if there was any kind of assistance for that or how cheap are kitchen supplies and furniture!?

Call C.O.R.E furniture bank they will do a house visit to verify what you need and even deliver it to you. It sucks waiting but the end result is worth it. Also check the free section on Craigslist they give away furniture all the time

U can get things cheap at habitat for humanity. Like i gotten 500 fish tank. 25.00. Tv hutch 30. A kitchen table n chair 50. Gastop stove 40. Pc desk 10. Dresser. 35. Doors $2 to $60. Christmas tree stand new 2.00. Tiles n stuff cheap gotta go n check em out. Medina county is bigger n better. But akron is good

And always check for bed bugs. Always!!

I don't know about that but goodwill is a great place and there is a store in Wandsworth that allows each person to pick 8 items and its totally free. I can't remember the name but Google the free store in Wandsworth.

There stock changes alot.. if u have time to check once a week or more, you can get nice things cheap.. my daughter furnished 90% of her house there.. just took going once a week for a few months.. one piece at a time

Furniture is not that great,my suggestion is the Cleveland furniture store we move from California and that's where we bought most of our furniture

There's no assistance but their prices are very reasonable you could probably get a table and chairs for $20
