Their are actual good fathers out there that may be in a situation to where they can’t pay like maybe losing their job! So you take their transportation away and license to try too get back on track?? That’s not right. Not everyone is a dead beat so y’all watch your mouths
I think when the court sets up payment, visitation needs to be set up as well. I think its Very, very lazy of the court not to do so. They are allowing any mother to whine and complain about money and then not allow the father to see his child. Both parents made them they both deserve to see them.
They are not calculating your support properly. This happened to me over n over again. You'll have to file for an accounting and if that doesn't work a modification. However if your making 30% more they will increase your cs and go for back support as well.
Yes
It's paperwork for that ask a caseworker
Check the dmv
Why do they say they are holding it
No they will send you a letter first. Then take it.
Child Support overrides everything. It doesn't matter if it's SSI or pension or unemployment or taxes. You must pay all child support in full no matter the circumstances. Nothing you do can legally stop it. It's unfortunate but the law is clear.
I would say No because who friend's them but don't take that for a final answer
Flip side to that, if the child goes straight to college sometime they continue payments until age 24.
The payments will start to add up,when he does start to pay he will then have to pay xtra untill he is caught up..if he continues to not pay the court will suspend his drivers license first..if he still dont pay he will face jail time.
Sounds weird, does one paycheck gross enough to cover the obligation? If so you should make an appointment to sit face to face with a CS case manager to either fix the situation or explain why both have an attachment.
Being able to pay child support arrears and being able to provide for them are separate issues. I think people should take less stock in financial support and more in time spent with kids and emotional support. You should either work out a new parenting plan or hire a lawyer.
CSEA will need to lift it or you can still sell the property but CSEA will he paid over the line. The title company will handle it and if there is no money owed then there is no lien in theory. Title company will sort this out as the buyer/seller may also have title insurance.
Once that job shows up in the system they will take from that one also
Call and find out what they want to satisfy a reinstatement
You'd have to call for that. Good luck!
Not true they collect for the insurance everything else goes for the child.
I myself have had this problem! Simply solution just file a motion if you already have a case open for your child the court will set up an over the phone date for him to establish payment for that motion.
They go by the amount of children he has & his personal cost of living. With him providing proof of buying items for the child could also effect the change in payment too!
Nothing I've been waiting 13 years, they just make a lot of threats
Yes
Yes
You should call it only takes like 2 to 3weeks for results. Unless the 2nd party lives in another state.
