How do I get a lien off a title of a home I’m buying due to child support? My child support is paid in full where do I go to get the lien lifted?

CSEA will need to lift it or you can still sell the property but CSEA will he paid over the line. The title company will handle it and if there is no money owed then there is no lien in theory. Title company will sort this out as the buyer/seller may also have title insurance.

Your best bet is to go down there. Good luck!

If child support imposed this lien then they are also responsible for removing it as well. I would either call child support or go down there yourself to get this resolved.
