Terry & Rico Are extremely Helpful. They helped me out so much, I even left them a card on my last day. The rest of the staff seems out of place. Like they work there , but have no idea why or what they’re doing. Most staff members hate doing their jobs & they even hang up on you , if they don’t feel like assisting you via the phone. They will call you over & over again & say they need you to call them back in regards to your case & when you do , it seems like they’re irritated that you actually called back. When 3:00pm EST hits most of them are ready to run out of the building. therefore, they slack when it comes to answering the phone or even giving you the proper information that you may need. The women are amazing. The men are trash .I would only recommend this place because of terry being the angel that she is & Rico with the help and support he gives during the three workshops you must complete. But other than that , my experience at this place has been terrible !!!!!!!!!! I say get rid of the men & hire an all women staff! At least they actually care about the people who are in need . The men just come to get a check & leave in my opinion.
