How come no one answers the phone?? I've been trying to get a hold of my case worker for 2 weeks. I'm going without medication that I seriously need. What can I do??

Why is Lana screaming at Mr. TrickyBills? The gvmnt is under staffed but they seem to find time to send letters out to take away your benefits. I asked my caseworker to call me with an important question/issue 3 months ago.
