You can't ever find the paperwork you need to fill out.

They never answer the phone and it’s hard to get a call back. I’ve been trying to fix my kids insurance since February! This is ridiculous

Why is Lana screaming at Mr. TrickyBills? The gvmnt is under staffed but they seem to find time to send letters out to take away your benefits. I asked my caseworker to call me with an important question/issue 3 months ago.
Hi thought i respond an suggest if you can try to go up to the office when its open at carroll county DFCS an speak to some one personally. You get a quicker response that way. Or sometimes as a last resort i go to a bigger DFCS. Office an let them know whats going on at that office. Last resort too is to take them to to court its free so you can talk to a judge about what happened an he will definitely fix it!
Wear a paper mask, hon. Get one from your oxygen supplier or pick up a pack the next time you go to fill your prescriptions. The Tanner ER has a station set up where you can pick up a mask or a pair of gloves for free. That's what my mom had to do. She now keeps a mask in a Ziploc in her purse. Good luck and God bless!!
Call 911 first
I went to the court house and had to fill out paperwork paid them and I got temporary guardianship
Libby Smith is the Director
Yes, you need to appear in person. They will assign you a case worker.
Go up to your local DFACS office and ask for an application. Warning though! Carrollton does not have a TANF caseworker and the whole thing was not worth all the trouble it caused
I think that this is a clear issue that's going unresolved. New employees for the front office! At least a secretary..... just a thought.
No
Well, talk to your case worker. I'm sure they can come up with various options.
Go up to local office
Gateway.ga.gov
Yes, you can apply online.
If you work you will need 4 most recent pay stubs. You will also have to show prof of residency. You will also need to fill out a bunch of paper work. You may aply from home online or go to your local DFCS center.
They do not appear to be open today. The page says today's hours may differ and no one is answering the phone.
