How is it the phone rings a busy tone 24/7 nonstop no matter how much I call or try to get ahold of them literally have no time or transportation but yet have to come down to get any answer must be nice to pull the phone hit the talk button and just set it down on the counter all day....

Ebt SNAP benefits are available at midnight tonight and both November & December's benefits come out on the 13th of each month. And if you have a smartphone you can download the EBT app and you can manage your account balance and see future deposit dates and so much more.

Why don't you have a list of caseworkers extension numbers. The receptionists never answer and you can't even leave a message with them. I've been calling for 3 days every 15 minutes and still haven't talked to anyone!

It's bad service through the phone. Pretty much have to go in to the office in person.

Yes, but I believe the only people there are the reception girls. They will connect you with someone to assist you via phone. At least that's what they did with me

Good morning. No the office is closed to the public. I just talked to them yesterday on the phone. But they can get you taken care of over the phone. If your trying to get snap or medical assistance you can go to my compass online.

Yes. Compass.PA.state is the address I believe. Click the link that says report a change. The office on Water Street is open until 3 p.m. and has forms available in the lobby for change of address.
