Does anyone else have trouble contacting their case worker? I really need to do my phone Interview for my renewal but my case worker never answers and doesn't call me back when I leave him my message with my name and number!!! 😤

Yes i do n they never call back it seems like they take there good old time getting back to me or anyone

That has happen to me a lot, so I go in and make copies of my paper work

Keep trying to get a hold of him or you can ask for a new caseworker
