As with any government agency can't get anyone to pick up. Out of the way of any public transport. Instead of hiring employees they shuffle them from all the counties and each dmv is open only one or two days a week. I speak for we the people when I say hire some employees already.

This state stinks for drivers license renewals. I got forms in the mail that I mailed in with my payment. I received the slip I needed to get my license. I go to the driver's license place on my day off from work. (I'm off Mondays and Tuesdays) only to find out they're closed. The sign on the door says they're only open Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays. I go to the site to get more information on when they'll be there (because I have to travel some to get there and I work) and it says 8:30am Thursday. My husband wants to go Wednesday and I didn't want to make another wasted trip. I called the 800 number and get absolutely nowhere. There's nobody available to answer my ?'s. My license expires on may 10th. (It's only been a week since I got the form back.) So yeah, I'm very UNhappy

As soon as you can go to penndot and do a transfer...cuz if you have a address out here n license from different state they will make you update it anyway
I think the standard is 60 days.
Try and call him I know their hours are limited
They are supposed to be open. They may have been closed for Columbus day. Always doesn't hurt to try calling first.
