I haven’t had any bad experiences here but isn’t the best compared to the urgent care on Covell.

The lady named CAT was incredibly rude. When i walked in at 7:56, she told me that they weren’t open yet and i needed to go back outside until 8. When i went back in at 8, CAT told me that my insurance wasn’t effective and it was just mine not working because she had just ran another Cigna and it worked. I called Cigna in front of Cat, Cigna confirmed my insurance was valid and said that the clinic could call them theirselves or just push the claim thru. Cat told me that she would not call Cigna and that they would just send me a bill at the insurance rate and not a customer rate. She was incredibly rude with her attitude and the way she made it seem like my insurance was the problem. I asked her if i could still be seen and just send the bill to my insurance later on, she again got an attitude and said i could do whatever i want with the bill, but it would be expensive if they were to see me since my insurance wasn’t active. I left and went to the mercy go health across town and they were able to run my insurance just fine

Very rude! Was instructed to put masks on my 5yr old with asthma and myself as soon as we walked in. Expected with covid but when I told the lady at the counter my daughter is an asthmatic she rudely said it didnt matter. I then asked if she had a athsma attack are they equipt to handle it. She stared at me for a good two seconds and almost sarcasticly said yes. Then the guy had my ID, credit card, and my insurance card, instructed me to go to the room. I informed him not without my cards i guess that was an inconvenience for him. Very rude. PA was nice but the front desk very rude.
