Since this is located in Frederick County, are Center Fire handguns or rifles legal weapons during deer hunting firearm season in the Monocacy Natural Resources Management Area, or is deer hunting restricted to Archery, Shotgun, and Muzzleloader?

Center-fire rifles and muzzleloaders are legal because it's in the rifle zone for Frederick county, however check with the NRP or the park office that oversees the WMA. I believe it's Seneca State Park

You cannot use muzzle loaders, however bows and shotguns are allowed. No other firearms are allowed (don't actually know anything about this tho)

According to the zone map it's legal. You can view the map on MD DNRs website. Search "Frederick county md hunting zones"
