First, congratulations! Before you have any legal ceremony, you'll need to get a marriage license from the circuit court clerk's office. That's located on the ground floor of the main courthouse, to your immediate left after you pass through security. The license is valid as soon as it's issued and for a couple of months after. The same clerk who gives you the license can also give you a list of authorized local wedding officiants. Some of them will meet you at the courthouse to have a no-frills civil ceremony. So, you could get the license in the morning, step outside to call people on the list, pause for lunch, and return to get married the same day.
