That's how it is. I made the payment and they gave me a date it was 1 year later, I sent an application in September 2016 and they only gave me an appointment in September 2017. That same day I went to have my fingerprints and photo taken, they told me that it would take 6 months to get my passport renewal. I am still in April 2018 waiting for the passport. According to cases that I have seen and heard, it takes 1 year to arrive.

There is bad like me and still nothing. Anything would be warning you, call and nothing to attend.

If I am in the same situation I have more than a month that I did the same thing I got an email saying that they had received the payment and that in 48 hours they will send another informing the day of the appointment was not like that yet nothing. Send an email asking what happens they will explain to me they never answered me until today bye bye
