Pets are allowed in the park excluding the Gardens. Visitors should remember to clean up after their pets and keep pets on a 6 ft. hand-held leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in the swimming area. Service animals are welcome in all visitor use areas in the park.

Yes, they have signs in the recreation area with the rules. I think they have to be kept in the picnic area on a leash, etc. But you can call to make sure exactly what the rules are.
