Fishing is allowed with a license. we haven't personally encountered snakes or gator. Yet, since it is a natural habitat they should be there...

Haven't seen any snakes, but I'm sure they are there. I know there's Gators in the ponds. I'm sure there's fish in there too. However, I'm not sure if fishing is allowed there.
