I am having trouble reaching representatives over the phone. Are the representatives working from home? Are there specific times I can come in during the day where I know that someone will be at their desk? Thanks.

No they're working inside. I had to contact them yesterday they answered on my 1st try. If you leave a voicemail they may return your call within the hour. I think they may not have a full staff and 1 or 2 representatives are working inside. Hopefully this helps you out.
