My brother, his gf and daughter moved in my moms house. My brother recently passed away.And now we need to get them out. Both are of legal age and none of them are currently working. How or what do I need to do to legally get them out? Any advice?

Because they have been living there and established residency even though it's not there house the best legal way is the owner of the house has to file with the courts to have them evicted and it will give them 30 days to get out or the cops will remove them
