Which La quinta is closer to the beach this one or the one in Downtown Naples? Which is nicer?

The La Quinta Inn Bonita in the front of a large Housing Development. Although it is on the water in mangroves, much of it is non accessible. The downtown Naples La Quinta is much closer to the beach

I'm a bird photographer, the beach (mass of humanity) = anxiety.

The Naples one is closer, about the same "niceness"
