Definitely. It is not a big place requiring lots of walking. The views are spectacular, and if you are in to history, then it is a win-win-win.

If they like a different view of DC, or like to fish, then yes. Also you can just drive a loop around it and then decide if you want to park.

They have a few picnic tables. It's really nice if you wanted to have a picnic..very shaded and right along the water
