Myself and a few others went to shoot at this range. The person who runs the store/range, I'm assuming it was Fred by the way he spoke, was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, sexist and vocally rude. I will not return to this location.

I have taken my wife, son and mother in law shooting here and everyone was friendly and helpful.

My family deals with Fred's all the time ... We've always experienced very helpful band courteous staff, whether it be pucrchasing a gun or reworking a bow etc... As far as Fred being sexest and unprofessional, I highly doubt that... Never has anyone in this store acted in this manner.. Always have to have someone to complain about... Definitely would recommend shopping and purchasing at Fred's !!!!

Never shot at the range but have been to Freds a few times and have never encountered anyone being rude. They have always been helpful and understanding. This is where my fiancee decided to purchase her gun because they were so helpful and took time for her to find the right gun for her.

Need more professional people (cashier etc)I was going to buy all my arms and everything there but they prefer not buck me another class & loss me as a customer

I've been shopping/shooting at Fred's for a while and have never been treated unfriendly. They've answered ALL my questions and helped me with choosing accessories for my rifle and handgun. It's unfortunate, but that attitude does exists in the firearm arena.

had a similar experience with that one particular individual, however I've had so many professional experiences with other members of his staff but I agree it's unfortunate....
