The young lady at the register in the front, clearly need to work somewhere else. Her nonchalant rude attitude is enough for me to shop elsewhere. This is not the first time! It’s sad that it’s conveniently close to my house, but I refuse to spend my money somewhere that allow this poor customer service!

They are very rude! The guy I asked for help he was like what you want I told him he then said I have plenty of those, I told him specifics he found it, he had an attitude of “hurry up and buy”. I will say the cashier that checked me out was fairly nice. I wish there was other gun shops like this in Charles county. The next time I will make sure I go out of the county to make any purchases.

The energy of the place is kinda stagnant. The cashiers weren't rude or mean...but the faces look like they just did not want to be there. 2 pretty I'm assuming daughters of a family run business in an extremely high male customer base...round guns and hunting seems kinda forced. The layout is basic, generic and cluttered. The store screams modern day industry standard and popular rather than expertise and knowledge. I do like that it's seemingly better than having basspro and other big Corp nonsense hogging all the space and money...but I really don't see or feel the difference. I just see a "family business" trying to keep up with St Charles...

Myself and a few others went to shoot at this range. The person who runs the store/range, I'm assuming it was Fred by the way he spoke, was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, sexist and vocally rude. I will not return to this location.
