The park is open daily only if you purchase a ticket to get in. I saw people grilling with their family and friends. Hopefully this helps.
Yes u can grill....but at the moment the grill area's are closed...so take ur own just went there this past monday...
Yeah, it's open every day. You gotta buy tickets at a kiosk that is a COA parking meter so it only takes cards or quarters. $5 weekdays, $10 weekends. I grill there every time I go, they do have some in random spots, I always bring my own grill.
You can pay a standard entrance fee Monday through Thursday, but you have to make reservations after that
