Is the flow of the river too strong to kayak?

Not bad at all.

The Colorado river here is between two large dams. The flow is very minimal.

I have been kayaking there multiple times! The river flow is not too strong.

I love Kayaking there, especially because of all the boat wakes to jump and the scenery along the shore.
