No suit needed!!
You do not have to wear a suit. Each room of the private baths has a door. No one just opens the door. The attendant knocked for me when it took me a few minutes to dress afterward as I'd dressed my child first. There are hooks on the inside of the door and a bench for changing etc.
You are welcome to wear a bathing suit or go in nude. The baths are private and has mixing doors.
No - the rooms are private and you can get comfortable however you like.
