Has been a nightmare. Follow no delivery schedule. I had 14 bottles delivered at 1 time, I ordered 3. I've had to buy at the store for the last 2 weeks. Because they don't show up or return calls.Or pick their bottles up. Done

Absolutely HORRIBLE service! We had pool water delivered 4 weeks ago. We were quoted for 5 loads of water and we only needed 4 loads. The water delivery guy said we had to pay for the 5 loads because that is what the invoice was written for and that the office would issue a refund check for the load that was not needed (okay not a problem I understand). I have been calling for 3 weeks now to ask where my refund check was because I had not received it. The office lady was completely rude and unprofessional! I have never been talked to or treated the way I was by anyone as an office staff/customer service! She kept telling me a different story as to where my check was and as I’m talking mid sentence she transferred me to another lady in the office. I will NEVER recommend using Berkeley Springs water for any service! I will be contact Dana the director tomorrow to discuss this matter (due to her being out of the office today)

The office staff is horrible at this company. They lose payments often then blame you. Drivers are great, just horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible office staff they are so incompetent I don’t know how they keep their job they all need to be terminated immediately.
