Matthew is correct. You can't miss it. And I think there is a big bridge that comes across the river there as well. Where 97 comes across to meet 84.
Exit 104. If your a trucker may I recommend the "Trucker Path" app. With it you can't miss any truck stop, rest area, scale (know if their open or closed). Many other useful tools. Even if your not a trucker. Walmarts. Restaurants, hotels. It shows where everything is as well as up to date traffic snarls.
Biggs Junction, Mary Hill Fine Art Museum looms large there on the Washington side. The Junction has a bridge across the Columbia River there. Exit 104 on Interstate 84.
