You only pay anything for the training if you don't work for them for at least a year after the school. It does come out of your pay for the first year however after you work a second year they repay you for it making it free for you if you work for two years.
To be honest, i started with swift already having experience, so I'm not 100% what their policy is on that. HOWEVER, I'm pretty sure they have something worked out where you're paid for it. I would suggest you call the recruiter line and talk to them. They'll shoot you straight.
