Swift does not care about you if they did care about you they would keep you. They have such a large pool of drivers I was let go without even being on suspension without even given an option to improve my driving without coaching.

That’s not true, they give you many opportunities to improve, they give you warning and coach you a lot, because they do want to see you become successful in this career, but they can only do that for so long, if your not improving or safety is an issue yes eventually they will let you go just like any other employer.
