All you do is call and ask and they do all the rest...and yes if they dont have it they call on this call line quite a few junk yards are all together and they ask for the parts that you need and if someone has it they answer back saying we got it and then direct you towards going there.. it's all that simple

Yes, it is, but you don't pull the parts off yourself an employee takes the part off and delivers it to the office. It's best to call ahead to see if they have what you are looking for. They are pretty knowledgable about what they have and the service is nice & quick. But like I said it's best to call first.
