We've been using Phoenix But and Bolt for the past few years with no problems. We don't mind spending a little more in order to support local and the deliveries were convenient. During my last order there was a little lack of communication with delivery but nothing worth complaining over. My issue has stemmed from Phoenix Nut and Bolt closing my account with no notice purely because of a misunderstanding. Apparently the driver called and when I picked up my spam software recognized the call as spam and blocked the number. I didn't even know it was the driver that was calling me. When I inquired as to why our account was cancelled and was told because I hung up on the driver and refused her calls. I APOLOGIZED and explained it was a misunderstanding. What reason would I have to do that? I Didn't get a reply so I followed up to receive a reply of "this matter has been closed." Just like that. No more business relationship purely because of assumptions. It's a shame as I actually really liked the driver and would happily help her unload boxes and chat. Not sure why they are still having her make deliveries beats me. You're mileage may vary but this was our experience. It's a shame because I still would have given them my business as it was a complete misunderstanding.
