Hi Allie, that is a great question to ask when choosing to live in an apartment community. However, that can be relative to your living preferences. If you come from a big city you may think that hearing noises is a normal part of life. If you are moving from a smaller, less crowded city, or have never lived in a multi family dwelling before, it may take you some time to get accustomed to different noises. As for Kenect, we are built to cater to busy professionals so everyone is pretty much always on the move either working, traveling or exploring the city. If you'd like to schedule a tour to see for yourself, please book online! We host tours 7 days a week. Thank you. -Carroll V. Director of Leasing

The interior walls are decently well insulated, so sound from adjacent apartments isn't terrible. You do hear everything going on in the hallway, but it's not awful. There are also a lot of dogs, so you'll hear barking occasionally, depending on how many are on your floor. The do often throw parties in the lobby, which is incredibly unprofessional in my opinion. I shouldn't have to maneuver my way through a crowd of drunk people dancing to extremely loud music just to get in and out of the building. One thing that stands out, is that when the blinds in the next apartment are opened, it sounds like it's coming from inside your apartment. The construction now going on across the street can get pretty loud, and I expect it to get much worse as the excavation completes and the actual building phase begins (*NOTE: that will be a 34 story building, so to anyone wanting to move here for the views: they will be gone in a few months)
