I highly recommend Dr Field, his PA Luke and OASIS Hospital. After developing intense chronic sciatic pain last year I tried numerous treatments and alternatives to relieve the pain with no results. Surgery was my last resort. Research for a surgeon took me to DISC where I met Dr Field. After all the roadblocks and hoops I had to jump through to get to that point, finally connecting with Dr Field almost felt like a miracle. His staff was helpful in scheduling my initial meeting with Dr Field and his PA Luke and made scheduling surgery at OASIS Hospital in Phoenix a breeze. When I awoke after the surgery my sciatic pain was gone - YAY! Hospital staff was excellent - attentive and helpful, like a well oiled machine, and I was released the day after surgery. My two-week post op appointment went well. It was surprising how little pain or discomfort I felt at the surgical site - ever. In fact, I felt so good, my husband had to remind me to take it easy and let things heal. I did experience intense nerve pain for a little over a week while the compressed nerve that was released thru surgery healed. That was the only pain I felt that was associated with my surgery. It's hard to believe six months have passed since my surgery. Just had my six-month post op appointment and all is well. I have been doing everything I was able to do before surgery, completely pain free. Again, I highly recommend Dr Field, his PA Luke and OASIS Hospital.
