This is a small business that is run by very competent individuals. I needed new hearing aids and they gave me a round of hearing tests and now I have my new aids. AZ balance and hearing is far superior to the national chain hearing aid retailers. For a few years I was a client of a chain hearing aid store and the personal attention that I got from AZ Balance and Hearing was excellent. I think you will like these people.

One of my hearing aids began to malfunction. I called and was able to see Clemente within a couple of hours which was a relief. I would have been handicapped without my hearing aid while doing business. Clemente was able to make the repair and get me on my way. He also took all the time needed to answer technological questions regarding my devices and was very pleasant. This level of service is always my experience when visiting Arizona Balance.
