He was 3 hours late for surgery. Never saw my own surgeon! He didn't say hello to me before or after surgery. When I had complications and had to go back into the hospital, he refused to be consulted with the hospital doctors. They tried numerous times to reach out to him or his office for consultation and were ignored. I never saw him for the several days I was hospitalized even thought they thought I might have something wrong possibly from the surgery. Worst service EVER. Don't see this practice. They don't give a care about the patients!

I saw Dr. Willis once last year for my syringomyelia. He came into the exam room and started telling my that my syrinx is too small to cause symptoms (despite the research saying that a syrinx of any size can cause symptoms, and the fact that I absolutely had and still have symptoms). And that was it, he just told me my symptoms weren’t real and the appointment was over. A few days later I look on my patient portal at the appointment notes and see that he wrote a whole bunch of test results for tests he never did. Like he said my reflexes were normal but he never touched me let alone tested my reflexes. This doctor is rude and dismissive and lies on patient records. Don’t see him.

I chose Dr willis out of 6 other doctors. He is a real doctor, not a business doctor. Dr willis and his staff were amazing. I was in for a lower back (L3 L5) surgery on Monday the 3rd, I am back to work on Wednesday the 5th. No pain, no pain killer medications so far, thank GOD and thank you Dr. Willis.

Dr Willis doesn't beat around the bush. He gives you the options open to you then gives you his advise, which isn't always surgery. Be upfront with him and he will be upfront with you.
