It's still $50 but it's added to the base rent.
We pay $50 per month for ours. Before our lease renewed, it was only $25 per month. Not all apartments have them, to my knowledge; we had to request it.
The washer and dryer is in the storage room and yes they do charge extra for the washer and dryer.
Some have individual washers and dryers, some have stacked. Before it became Avana, the extra charge was $50/mo. Not sure what it is under Avana. I'm in an old lease.
