Can you schedule an appointment or is it walk in only?
There is no best choice in my opinion. Sometimes afternoon is faster but this location sometimes stops giving out numbers at 1pm. Other people say to arrive 15 to 30 mins before the place opens.

By far its weds or thurs (weds for sure during normal week) i have been there twice on weds at 1 and both times 5 minute wait if that 35 th ave and union hills

Try, Dunlap & 43rd Ave. Julie the trick is that you have to apply online cuz then you get to skip to the front when you get there
They open at 6am. I used to go there by 5:30-5:40. I usually was the first or second one in to get waited on. Then you're out of there by 615-630 at the latest, depending on your 'case.
