This is probably one of the most unprofessional facilities I've ever worked for don't waste your time working here. Was hired by the director Alicia over the phone given a start date worked three shifts was terminated over the phone by Liz there he rep and Gloria a unit manager I never even met. never got to meet the director in person never was able to have a professional conversation with her about the position or what was expected training was a joke and was let go because of something they were told by another trainer that was absolutely false. The stench in the facility was probably one of the worst ones I've been in.

Encanto Palms is advertised as a assisted living facility. It is not. Encanto Palms is a nursing home.

This place takes good care of my mother, shes a Huntington patient there and can be extremely difficult to care for, the director Charles has personally helped my father out wuth every aspect of the aftercare. My mother has said that shes happy there and the food is good she has no complaints and i couldnt ask for anything more. Thanks to all the caregivers there who help take care of her.
