possible pain meds such as ibuprofen (over the counter) and antibiotics if the doctor thinks you need them, then refer you to dentist as that is not there specialty. They will not pull it out in the emergency room or give medication to make the pain go away 100%.
They would most likely send you to a dentist because teeth is not where their training lies.
Depending on how infected it is. They will clean it and refill it if it's not to infected. The worse is pull it out. Another option is root canal.
