It’s 4 Pm why is my call to the hospital ringing once’s and hanging itself up?

Because they dont care

Phones have been messed up for the last 3 days. I reported it to two different staff members and the response was a very calm..."oh, ok". Finally, the third time I reported it an employee who actually cared responded with "wow, that's not good, let me report that now". NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR CARE.

...till this day (Feb 8, 2022)!!
