Is 10-12 hours wait time to see a physician the norm here?

It took me 10 min to see dr.

This is horrible...I know they put priority patient first ...but this is ridiculous

I spent 16hrs waiting. nuff said

i think it depends on the emergency and the waiting list, i went twice last month and the first time i had ti wait like 15 hours , the last time 5 hours
