How do I get a hold of the owner or a higher management in North Park Apartments? We keep asking for maintenance to be done in our apartment and it never gets done. Office personnel never answers the phone and I can't not afford to miss work!!!!

They are not useful, they are very expensive and they will increase the rent and they will charge garbage apart from the rent and water and insurance and they do not even give maintenance there are many cockroaches

I currently live in building 2 i moved in there in June and my apt was not ready smh they said it was ready but its wasnt i been having problems since i moved in i wish i never moved in over there the management sucks

They dont have maintenance team, the things just go worst with the new management
