I'm sorry you're going through what you're going through in regards to Parkside Place. I knew something was wrong with him when we went to come do a quick lease that ended up 13 days later of calling them and they had not even started on it even though they already knew we were on a time limit at least was about to end what we work I had to go to the district office over the managers head to get a response. I advised them do you realize that the front office people when they have parties they're there drinking with the tenant which is totally unprofessional and I said they are a bunch of dimwits who don't know what they're doing. I ended up getting my Quickly's deposit back but still no one at that office called and said anything to me they never even process the application they just wanted the money so, it does not surprise me that they are not doing what they're supposed to be doing by keeping the property in the gym. They really need to replace the entire staff at the front
Sorry I don't know anything about the portal. I don't think i will be here after my lease is up. This place was really nice when i moved in now its trashed, and the amenities are not kept up especially the Gym all the new renters are not following the rules of there lease
